This was a near new property in Feilding. We provided advice on presentation and ended up getting the property half staged to increase appeal. We also arranged cleaners to come in to clean the inside of the property before marketing.

The presentation was crucial in achieving the best result, as buyers in this price bracket are looking for a home which is pristine condition.

We did our signature video to showcase the incredible open plan and living options highlighting and concentrating on the lifestyle this would provide.

Within the first week we had multiple viewings, held mid week and weekend open homes. We had thousands of views online via multiple website placements, social media and video. 

This resulted in multiple offers for our vendors. We further negoitated which resulted is us getting the property sold over asking price, $57,000 above the new Rateable Value. Which was a street record at the time of sale.
